President Muhammadu Buahri has approved the appointment of 12 new permanent secretaries (PS) in the federal civil service.
The new PS may be assigned to their various ministries after their swearing-in by the president sometime next week.
They are Oluwatoyin Akinlade of Kogi state, Bashir Nura Alkali of Kano state, Adaora Ifeoma Anyanwutaku, Anambra state, Babayo Kumo Ardo, Gombe state, Shuaib Mohammad Lamido Belgore. Kwara state and Anthonia Akpabio Ekpa, Cross River state.
Others are Babangida Hussaini. Jigawa state, Mamman Mahmuda, Yobe state, Chukuwemeka Emmanuel Meribole, Abia state, Aliyu Ganda Mohammed of Sokoto state, Peter Yerima Tarfa of Adamawa state and Omokunmi Monilola Udon of Oyo State.
The news of their appointment was conveyed in a press release, today, signed by Olawunmi Ogunmosunle, communications Director, in the office of the head of the service of the federation.
